Not only is Dr Brock kind and understanding. He quickly is able to get to the root of the issues I had he is an absolute legendary genius of a surgeon. If all doctors where as amazing the world would be a better place.

Very hard to get refills. Staff had attitude at new location on Southdale Rd. and no compassion or care. Staff never returns phone calls and rarely answer when you call. But if you show up, they are just talking amongst themselves.

Doctor Brock is very knowledgeable but your appointments are rushed, they are just in and out as fast as possible style appointments. You get one word answers when you speak about your concerns.

I find it’s more of a here take medications approach, rather then let’s figure out why and fix that.

He is also now semi retired and has no replacement.

Dr. Brock came highly recommended by a previous urologist. I couldnt get in to see him for over a year. Finally, after a 2 hour drive to see him his assistant walks in and chats with me for about 5 mins. Then she leaves and walks out to his ajoining office and comes back and tells me Dr. Brock says there is nothing he can do and I have to live with my issue for the rest of my life. I tried to ask more questions and she just kept repeating I have to live with it.

This doctor performed a reversal on my husband early this year, after repeated attempts to contact them for a year to try to get an appointment, they called US when it was convenient. We had left messages and emails and no reply,
Guess that was the first red flag. They demanded cash up front, which was paid on time, then he went under the knife and was our biggest regret.
Since this procedure, this Dr. never contacted us to see how my husband was doing, after my husband requested to see him due to the pan he suffers.
Now 6 months post op and he's in constant pain, it has decreased our sex life, and our trust in ever supporting this type of surgery.
We've gone to our own dr for an ultrasound and month after the surgery because his groin area was so inflamed and uncomfortable- and still after trying to contact the Dr, no reply. No other Dr can explain where his pain is from. Some days the pain gives him nausea and debilitates him out of nowhere.
We've lost all faith in this doctor and this procedure, don't give into the easiness of how he explains the procedure because he's wearing a cute bowtie..
Just find a different guy to do the job.

Dr. Brock is absolutely great. I have been a patient for 15+ years and every single appointment has been excellent. He is very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. I would recommend and have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so. A GREAT Man and GREAT Doctor.

Extremely disappointed with Dr Brock !!!!!! He completely destroyed my husband ! Really doesn't listen to when patients complain of pain very dismissive!
Implanted the wrong size penial implant not just once but twice !! Once surgery was done they told us that it was partially inflated but honestly a 5 year would have been bigger . Now my husband in so much pain he can't even cope anymore !!! He is now severely depressed !! My husband also now suffers from PTSD!!!!!!!! He will never be the same thanks to this butcher !!!!
We tried to sue this Dr and hospital but lawyer told us we had no case and wouldn't get anywhere !!
We not just walk from this Dr but run as fast as u can !!!!!!!!!!!

After being sent to this monster for surgery he dismissed my case saying I will not treat you unless you take 8 weeks of injections for cash. ( he gets kickbacks for prescribbing) I refused at first because the shots don't work period. Left with no choice I relented and it got so much worse and extremely painful. He ignored my pain and discomfort for profit. After the 8 weeks of shots it had gotten so much worse and he told me we need to do 8 more weeks I refused and told him I was going else where. And literally 2 days later when a new doctor contacted him for the records he told the new dr. I was currently booked for surgery. Then during the surgery he tells me it was the worst case they had ever seen and he butchered me by installing the wrong size implant leaving me in a lot of pain and discomfort. No other doctor will help, I keep getting referred back to this butcher. He takes no responsibility for his medical mistake and the hospital will protect him at all cost. Stay as far away from this fool as possible. Side note wife lost interest after I lost inches off my erection do to the years he ignored me and my family doctor. Currently looking for a lawyer to sue him and the hospital for allowing this savage and useless pos to operate out of St Joseph.
