Dr M is a very nice man, but tends to discount or ignore medical problems that he doesn't know anything about, rather than investigating further. Dismissive and often not available.

Dr. Moulaison is a very caring doctor. I have been his patient from the time the clinic opened in Shawnigan Lake. He listens intently. My friends see him too and are impressed as well.

One of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of using. Trained in the armed forces and now practicing in the public field. Always has the right information and the proper diagnosis. Is pleasant and communicates very well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor.

this fabulous doctor has been our doctor for years, the staff are a bit abrupt but Dr Bill has a calm manner and always has time to hear us out and has always been helpful with suggestions during difficult times. Doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist if he feels it is needed.

I must add one cautionary note. After being a patient of Dr. M. for several years, I came to his office with abdominal and back pain, and nausea, beginning to hyperventilate from the pain and fear of not knowing what was happening. I described my symptoms, he asked a few questions and diagnosed it as a panic attack, and sent me home with a prescription for ativan. I trusted him and for 1 1/2 years berated myself for having frequent, and increasingly more severe panic attacks...until I finally developed jaundice, went to another doctor and was diagnosed with severe gallstones. I'd never had a panic attack. All the symptoms I'd described to Dr. M. had been those of a classic gallstone attack, but he had not listened to my words carefully. He saw a female who was frightened, in pain, and hyperventilating, and jumped to a wrong and potentially dangerous conclusion. He is a warm, kind person, and wonderful with children--but I learned the hard way to question his diagnoses.

Dr. Bill is an excellent GP, never hesitates to refer if he feels the need. Long wait time for appointments are frustrating at times, but one can always try to catch him at the walk-in clinic.

Dr.Bill is very knowledgable and very thorough. When so many doctors rush you out of their offices nowadays, Bill takes the time to talk to you. He is extremely busy, between his regular practice, and his time at the clinic, but he always makes time for a patient. Excellent doctor to my 2 sons.
