Where do I even begin? At this point, I am working with my insurance company regarding over charges. There's a lot of shady stuff going on in this office including charging patients for services before they see a doctor and before the charges are run through insurance.

The only up side to this office is the staff. The front desk and nurses are amazing. As for the doctor, that's different. He is so rude to his staff, it makes you feel bad for them. And the wait time was over 2 hours! After my visit I had to fight a collection agency for a small bill I paid, and the front desk girl agreed showed as paid in their system! What a mess over there. I would stay away.

first time in this office as a walk in and let me start by saying that it was an in and out visit which what i was looking for first the front desk girl are very kind and help and the medical assistant are even better i will be coming back , thank you guys for the care and kindness!

Let me start off by the staff receptionist and all 4 nurses amazing. I was seen today and the staff was amazing until I hear a maniac yelling ( which is the owner of the practice) he sound so rude was very disrespectful to the nurses DISGUSTING!!!!! Never want to be seen by him dr palatel was great. Owner should take notes in how to be professional.

i live right around from this practice when im feeling sick or need a doctor i go straight to doctors immediate care in and out thing i love it last time i was there i got treated so kindly and the staff is very generous this is an every time type of thing .

Dr. Fagan and his staff have been taking care of my Gastro issues since 2009. He uses all his knowledge and resources to help treat my condition and make living with it more tolerable as there is no known cure for it. I am fortunate to have him on my team of medical professionals who will speak to each other when necessary so I receive the best care.

do not use this office if you can help it. i did not get the desired service and is currently fighting the collection agency the doctor sends your account to. stay away if at all you can
