Doctor Ciubotaru is well above standard as Doctors are concerned.

We chose this doctor first because he was the only one who spoke french and was advised by a number of our friends that tell us he was really a care nice doctor. We do not regret it so caring for his patient !!!!

Very disappointed in this physician. Appears to have absolutely no concept of special needs of dementia patients.

My husband and I have had Dr. Ciubotaru as a family physician since 2014. He is caring, kind and compassionate and he does not hesitate to refer to a specialist if need be. He may be behind in his appointments however from personal experience my husbands test results came back as cancer. Therefore he spent extra time with us to explain where the cancer was, what could be done, and made a referral to Calgary. So before people criticize THINK BEFORE YOU JUDGE - he made have had to explain a cancer diagnosis or other issue to someone with a life threatening situation. I know when I make an appointment that it will not be on time therefore I make no other commitments for the morning or afternoon plus I take a good book with me to read to pass the time. Having a doctor like Dr. C is worth the wait. There are several people trying to obtain his services however he has a heavy case load and has not been taking new patients. So this tells you something does it not? Be grateful.

He is never on time for his appointments he’s always running late

Very thorough and caring physician. Has been my family doc for years and genuinely cares for his patients. Only minor complaint is waiting at time of appointments, usually wait is at least an hour past booked time.

Dr. Ciubotaru is our family physician. Words cannot describe the medical care my husband and I have received over the past 14 or so years he has been in Medicine Hat. My health issues have been very serious and he has always refereed me to a cardiologist in Calgary where I had open heart surgery. He cares about his patients - not just as an office visit but checks up afterwards. We are so thankful he is here in our lives.

He is a incredible Doctor kind very knowledgeable has very good bedside manners and treats you as a patient not a money grab number to me he is the best doctor in Medicine Hat l am lucky to have him

Incredible doctor! Knowledgeable, kind, doesn’t rush you through the appointment. He’s been extremely helpful to me. Lucky to have him as my GP. Thank you Dr. C.

Absolutely horrible!!! I never would want this guy as a regular doc! He delivered my son in 2012, I showed at 11pm and delivered at 130am. He broke my water at 1am then yelled at me for 30min, due to him yelling I lost all focus and had a little trouble pushing, and then he threatened to perform a C-section. He then forced me into a vaccuum to get my guy out. I really had no choice in the situation. Then he refused to talk to me the next day to release me. Out of 3 deliveries he was the absolute worst doc!!! Worst delivery experience ever!!!
