Does not see the patient with the eyes he was given, hear the patient with the ears he was given, and certainly has no heart!

I'm 56 years old and Dr Diotallevi is the BEST family doctor I've ever had. He really listens and is very encouraging. I've had doctors who were so critical that it made me never want to return to their offices. I've had doctors who just wanted to write a prescription and get me on my way. Mark does neither. He is the genuine article and I'm so glad he's my doctor. I wish he could clone himself.

I have had very unfortunate encounters with this physician. I looked to this doctor to put me at ease,I entrusted him with my health. When I needed him to listen, he must have been wearing earplugs. When I needed him to see, he must have had blinders on. Take my advice; if you're a patient reading this, don't let his assumptions of your situation- should they arise- bring you down. If you have a good experience with him, I'm glad you were able to receive the help he'll never give me. If you're the above named doctor, please do not make the mistakes with other patients that you made with me. We pay a price for your inability to help. I thought you would always be there for me, Dr. Diotallevi. I'm sorry you let me down.

Dr. Mark does an excellent job of diagnosing issues and making appropriate referrals. While it can take a long time to get in to see him, he always gives you his full attention when he's there. I've never felt rushed by Dr. Mark; he is very thorough.
