He is a really compassionate, caring person and very knowledgeable. Punctuality is sometimes outside his control due to the demand for him. I am grateful for my husband to be under his care. The most compassionate doctors I have ever met, and I have seen many over the years with my husband..

I would give this physician a 20/10 if I could. He too exceptional, fastidious care of my dad and impressed me as an inspirational, amazing physician. Thank you, thank you. Doctor Mackett was completely prepared for appoibtmwnt, knew my dad's history before the visit. He is the utmost in respectful, generous, caring and skilled.

Dr.Mackett recently saw me for a consultation at the CRAC in the St.Catharines General. I have been having awful symptoms that could relate to a cardiac problem. During the consultation, he was very through, and really cared to listen to all of my concerns, even asking, "what do you believe is wrong?. He took the time to write down every detail, and listen to every past symptom that could be related. I now have a Echo, Stress Test and a holter monitor booked, all within two weeks of the consultation. So far, I am very satisfied with his bedside manner and I am looking forward to Dr.Mackett hopefully getting to the bottom of what ever has been going on with my health.
