I have moved from Methuen yet had Dr Lane as my physician for 7 years. While no office is run perfectly and sometimes I waited for my call to be returned, I can say that I received excellent care. If my question was of an urgent matter I received a callback immediately. The care I received was outstanding and I cannot say the same since I moved away. Keep up the good work Dr Lane and staff!

If you are a single mother, DON'T GO! All you get to see is a nurse, he is always too busy to see me. TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF, THEY LIE!

Do not feel my parents are getting the best care. Staff is miserable to deal with over the phone takes days to get through to the office and Doctor is never available to speak with. Due to the level of frustration this has caused I no longer want the Doctor as my parents PCP.

Dr. Lane is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He stays current on medicine, procedures, and treatments. His appointments are never really on-time, but the treatment is top-notch.

Wonderful caring Doctor also very happy with his office staff. I have been in other practices and this is heads above the rest. As for other offices all medical offices have Nurse providers now. This office is a 10 in my book

Dr. Lane prescribe a medicine that had a penicillin derivative to a patient who was allergic to penicillin. Caused the patient to develop an awful rash. Lucky that was all that happened.

I use to trust Dr. Lane I was with him for 10 years then he let me down when another doctor he recomended hurt me in a surgical procedure. He is a true jerk because he knew this other doctor screwed up and didnt give a damn.

Dr Lane did nothing to help me when I was very, very sick. My condition was caused by other doctors mistakes and those doctors were in his network. He showed his true colors and it was a horrible experience.

Wonderful personality, never makes you feel rushed. Always very thorough. It is a great office. Nurse practioner Lorynn is also great.
