This is the 1st family doctor who actually cared abut my health. He wasn't there to simply push pills in fact he got me off a lot of unnecessary rxs. I'm only sad as I've moved & can no longer have him.

I believed he saved my daughters life. He knew more about her heart medication than her cardiologist did. When he first arrived in our community he had a youthful arrogance, that must have come from years of medical training, but over the years he has mellowed into an approachable doctor who knows his limitations and will quickly refer his patients to a specialist. We are fortunate to have a doctor of his caliber in our community.

He has absolutely no empathy and no idea how to relate to children. I am hoping to find another doctor as soon as possible.

I know for a fact that my family members who have had various medical conditions were not helped by this Doctor! How he is still practising?

My family member(s) have no choice but to see this doctor who has no care/concern for their health ... such a shame that if there is a health concern that you would rather suffer than see this "doctor"...

Tended to belittle concerns. Often failed to follow through. Became easily bored with long term cases. He seemed condescending and aloof but seems to be somewhat aware of this recently and may be improving. Some staff reflect his disinterest but there is at least one that appears concerned and empathetic when you address them.

Excellent MD. Usually on time. Kind. Caring. Relates well to the kids. He actually listens to me. Not a pill pusher. Takes the time to explain things. Seems very knowledgable. No attitude; he's just a regular guy.

I have been fighting a medical problem for 7 years and I have tried to get another doctor ever since 3 years ago having a chiropractor diagnocing me with fibromialsia and instead of determining if it is true he just agreed with the chiropractor and stoped trying to help me.he has also told me when I tried to explane where I think the problem seems to be starting from that I am not a doctor and that I do not know what I am talking about + he doesn't seem to know what he is doing and has to refer to the medical book on his desk all the time or agree with other medical practishioners diagnosies also if you need a special test or to see another specialist you have to bring it up and then explain where you have herd about that specialist. so I personally think he is not a good doctor at all

Dr Pessoto has been our family doctor for many years. we are all very pleased with him. my husband relates well to him and has had some hockey conversations with him. he's a real person and a knowledgeable professional
