This physician failed to address my father's debilitating pain. Based on review of xrays, her conclusion was ageing and offered no solution. My father came to the east coast where he was properly assessed, solutions found and successfully treated. Text book with simple mitigation measures. Dr. McRae has demonstrated to be lax, uncaring, and clearly discriminatory. Shameful. You too will get old Dr. McRae.

Dr. McRae is a good doctor, very fair and attentive. I’m happy with the treatment my children and I receive with her and the staff. Coming from Hamilton I wasn’t sure what to expect but this doctor is wonderful :)

Dr. McRae is the very best doctor I have ever seen. She believes in a healthy lifestyle, and is quick to help you see a specialist if need be. Even though I don't always like what she says, I know she is a very caring and wise woman.I also find her very easy to talk too, and she gives you time to talk, your not rushed out. I am Blessed to have her guidance in my health pathway. Her staff is always willing to help, and very kind. Manitoulin residents are lucky to have her. And the fact she teaches and guides new doctors is super.

If you are looking for a doctor to just tell you what you want to hear and write a prescription, you'll need to find someone else. She is very matter of fact, and only gives prescriptions when necessary. She encourages a healthy lifestyle and will tell you the truth, even if you might not like it. She has always been very good about following up on my chronic condition. She is also an excellent mentor and teacher to medical students and newly graduated doctors.

Not helpful, arrogant. The only way that she can keep practicing is her husband, a doctor, stops the complains.

Best doctor I've ever met and I'm from Michigan! She takes care of you right away. She doesn't worry about payment before treatment.That's the last thing. Wish we had her here.

Brilliant. Makes house calls. As well as having her family practice, she is also on call for the west end of Manitoulin Island. She doesn't sugar coat anything and some people can be put off by what they perceive as a brusque manner. I think she's awesome. Very health conscious and observes a healthy lifestyle.
