Staff are very likeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. McCauley is a good person BUT every filling he has put in has fallen out, two of my teeth have cracked in half that he has worked on. My grandfather also sees him and all of his filling have fallen out as well as his teeth cracking. His dentistry is not good and I will be going with another provider. Would NOT recommend.

I was referred there and found the staff to be okay, but not overly helpful that would make them memorable or somewhere that I would recommend. The office is dated and sitting in the chair, I would be lying to say I wasn't concerned about the cleanliness of the tools to be used and whether I'd wind up with an infection! Overall I found it dirty and as much as he tries to have a good "chairside" manner, he tries a bit too hard and made some jokes that were completely inappropriate. He was gentle and thankfully I did not wind up with issues after my treatment, but I have chosen another provider. Not someone I would go back to see.

The doctor and staff are always understanding when I am in too much pain. They always work with me to change appointments and when I come in they are gentle with me.
