Dr. Wicoff is a great communicator and listener. He is very accessible, which is important to me because of my work schedule. He tailors his therapy to the patient's needs. He explains treatment options and gives honest advice on the pros and cons of these options. Dr. Wicoff doesn't just push pills on you and send you out the door: if your treatment involves medication, he manages it and monitors it so that you get the most out of it. More importantly, he never makes you feel like medication is the only option you have. He gives you the knowledge so that you can make an informed decision in your own care. I have been a patient of his for 6 years and he has been a life saver for me. I would not be where I am today without his outstanding care, compassion, accessibility, and wisdom.
