She refused to offer the most basic standards of bedside manners. I actually felt sorry for her and the sad life she leads. She was just so negative it was weird

She is a horrible doctor to have to see. She is like so many others said, rude, dismissive and aggressive. She didn’t care about what I had to say or about me as a sick human being. You could be dying and she’s tell you to shut up and shove you out the door. She should not be allowed to practice and don’t waste your time seeing her. Atrocious!

After many years of dealing with Dr. Henderson,
She is uncaring, dismissive, aggressive and basically rude and stupid. I can’t believe the medical profession is allowing her to continue to practice. Just check out the reviews for the past 15 years.

Good luck trying to get a referral if you don't have a family doctor from her. She rushes everyone and doesn't want to spend any time hearing what your past test results have been. How is she even still allowed to practise.

She needs to retire. I went to the south side walk in clinic for the first time and got this doctor for a double ear infection. She spent more time rambling about if I had gotten the covid vaccine and I don't her I didn't want to be a guinea pig. She literally sat in the far opposite corner of the room looking scared that I wasn't vaccinated.

Very dismissive of your concerns as a patient coming in with an issue, which in my experience has turned out serious more than once, although it was never deemed serious according to her. Do not trust her opinion. She seems to think patients like to come into medical clinics just to waste her time. Apparently 31 is also too young to have any health issues as well. I've unfortunately seen her a few times at the South End walk in clinic throughout the past few years and recently my partner had the displeasure of seeing her as the doctor on duty. He was treated the same way and completely dismissed. Again with the "you're young" excuse. If you ask the receptionist at the clinic and Dr. Henderson is the doctor on duty, do yourself a favour and go to another clinic instead of wasting your time.

Went in to see her at a walk in clinic about a cyst that pusses on my 3 year old son’s nose. She dismissed it and said she didn’t see anything and that I was worrying and that he would grow out of it. She gave me a requisition for a dermatologist. I asked for an ear nose throat specialist, as I’d done some research and suspected it wasn’t just superficial. Anyway, fast forward to now: my son is going to CHEO in Ottawa in a few weeks to see an Ear Nose Throat Surgeon as he has a midline nasal dermoid cyst, which will require an MRI and general anaesthetic. The ENT did not understand how this walk in doctor could have dismissed this. These specific cysts can, (around 10 percent) have incracranial extension. Google it, for some gross pictures. What appears to be a tiny dot, and a bit of a lump on the bridge of a toddlers nose should not have been dismissed as something merely requiring the attention of a dermatologist. You should listen to your patients, and maybe take two seconds to do some research before dismissing their suggestions. It would be shameful to have her as a primary physician. My primary doc immediately recognized my concern and had me connected with CHEO immediately. Unimpressed.

What a wonderful doctor! I felt heard as she took her time understanding my concerns. She diagnosed the issue, sent me for the appropriate tests and then FOLLOWED UP with a phone call to ensure that I remembered all that she had said and understood next steps! She has a lovely bedside manner and if I could ask for her every time I needed to go to the walk-in clinic, I would!

How is she still practicing? She misdiagnoses every time. My daughter had strep she said it was acid reflux. Went to emerg where they properly accessed and diagnosed strep.
