A top notch doctor with a very good staff. I've been going to him for many years. he's always very helpful and has gone out of his way to assist.

An ok doctor, nothing exceptional, but appears to know his field. However, he has a VERY nasty and unprofessional staff. I do not understand why he would tolerate this. This alone will prevent me from ever going back if I should have another problem. I almost filed a complaint with the medical board and my insurance co.

He must of changed staff. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. I needed extra paperwork for medcial reimbursement and the staff was very helpful tracking the record and providing the information promptly. Dr. Nasca seems very nice and and I like his dry sense of humor.I like the fact the treatment is fairly conservative and I am involved with the process.

Dr. Nasca is a nice man, but his staff are awful. They are very rude, mean and unprofessional. They will talk about you behind your back while you are waiting for the doctor to come in. Also, Dr. Nasca refuses to refer you out to other doctors. I spent a year with him and he kept trying to solve my problem UNsuccessfully. He finally referred me to another group and they were able to solve the problem in less than a month. The appointments at his office are always overbooked and you'll be waiting 2-3 hours to see him. I'd recommend other podiatrists in the Buffalo area.

I had a wart on the bottom of my foot. He saw me the day after I called and cured the problem. Two visits and I was done. Nice guy. The only negative was that his office seemed unprofessional.
