Her assistant Ttracey is absolutely wonderful and really helpful to patients. Dr.Jansen has gotten better with age and has telephone me at home to discuss concerns for my newborn son which was very helpful and relieving. I think she is just shy and passive in her nature.

Appointments are accessable when something serious comes up thanks to great assistant. Waiting time is never more than five to ten minutes. You must talk and lead the appointment and it does work better if you have an idea what the problem is, however I think she is fairly competant. Probably more shy than unhelpful. She is improving with age.

Unlike a lot of doctors she will take time to listen and not just make a diagnoses on the spot.I find here knowledgable, however the patient must be willing to ask questions of her, which some have trouble doing that.

I have had this doctor since she graduated out of university and have never had a problem with her. She employs the BEST receptionist, Tracey, who will squeeze me in any day and is always there to answer questions and if I have to leave a message she will call me back asap. I have no problems with this doctor. I rarely have to wait long and I never feel stupid with my requests.

Personally found her incredibly cold and lacking in bed side manner. She lacks the ability to discuss matters that are important to patients and doesn't attempt to quell any problems they might be experiencing.

Its like pulling teeth to get prescriptions that you have had before and need!-like inhalers for asthma. You do have to self diagnose everything and she has no bed side manner

She has difficulty relating to people and lacks emotional intelligence. She could start by not believing her opinions are fact! Empathy and being non-judgemental are requisite to this profession.
