I found Dr. Mathew Astroff to be punctual, knowledgeble and excellent in his specialty practice of gastroenterology. I underwent both and upper and a lower GI diagnostic procedures performed in the same time frame and I breezed through without any discomfort whatsoever. He was attentive, knowledgeble and quite caring and unlike the previous "rater", I did not feel, at all, as if I were on an assembly line. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Astroff for all GI needs to any and everyone. DAVID

Rushed; also heard after my colonoscopy (from friends) that his reputation is that of a "speed demon" with that procedure (crams in too many in a day), and recent publicity about colonoscopy speed makes me wish I'd gone elsewhere. Next time.
