He did nothing but push pills, while I was one of his patients. I felt like he was using me as a lab rat, increasing dosages to points that full grown adults usually have, even though I was 15y/o 5'4" and 95lbs. He diagnosed me with adhd in under 5 minutes, and it was later found out I have bipolar, after I met with 4 other doctors for opinions. I was on 5 medications from him. New doctor got me off of those and figured out a new medication, which I've been on for 5 years now.

Dr. Norris is known as a 'One Minute Man' in that he diagnosis his patients in less than that amount of time. Dr. Norris has repeatedly tried to solve issues with increasing/maxing out the same medications over years with the same patients (one being my son) whether or not the patient shows signs of allergic reactions or not 'as this can be resolved with another medication called Cogentin'. Now, after directly and indirectly dealing with Dr. Norris for years, I would recommend seeking a psychiatrist that spends more time with his or her patients. I have discontinued taking my son and patients to this doctor for medical treatment. Thank you and best of luck to you.
