I have had issues with getting refills on prescriptions even though I have been a patient there for eight years. Apparently he had gotten my prescription dates wrong.

The doctors are in such a hurry to get as many patients in and out that they dont listen to patient problems. Dr. Braun is the worst. He gets prescripion dates wrong. He gets amounts wrong. He is making out the prescriptions as soon as you walk in the room and befor you have a chance to even talk to him. He dont listen to a word you say. To make maters worse he gets up and holds the door open even if you feel that there is more to talk about. My son had to go to school without his meds because of dr.braun. i dont see the point in these doctors if they dont have the compassion to treat their patients as more than just meeting a quota at the end of the day. These are our kids who dedeserve more than to be treated like they r not worth the time to really listen or to be treated decent. They have also change how you can reach the doctors office to where you cant reach a real person. Im guessing because of all the screw ups which they wont admit. Its sad that our kids dont have beter choice

This doctor is the most horrible doctor I have ever met in my life. He has messed my husband's perscription up several times. They keep insisting on giving my husband what he wants- which are clonazepam .5 My husband won't take his medicine right when he is given these and they have been told that he doesn't take them right. They make my husband forgetful and I'm not a dr. yet, on my way to college to be one, but I'm not stupid like he is. THey are meant for a type of convulsive medication, and my husband doens't have Convulstions. READ THE FREAKING MED. Book DR. BRAUN! And on top of that, while you're at it, make sure you don't over do it on my husband's stuff again. When his secratary was out of town, instead of the .5's he gave my husband the 1.0's, and believe me, my husband was out of his mind for like 2 weeks. I Hate Process Strategies. The staff is rude and the Dr. is worse. They're telling us all the time they'll work with us, and haven't yet. Don't go here!!!

Office staff rude. Made to wait over an hour for appointments. Show up for appointments and are told to reschedule. Doctor is angry if you complain about wait.
