I have been a patient of Dr. Arthur's for over 7 years. She is one of the most understanding, compassionate and thorough doctors I have ever met. You certainly want your doctor to be good and what she does, but a bedside manner is also important. She is both. Once diagnosed with breast cancer and choosing to have a double mastectomy, I met with Dr. Arthur to go over EVERYTHING. It was a 3 hour meeting. She's the best and I am grateful she is my doctor.

Dr Arthur is the best!! She is caring and compassionate. She explained everything that would happen to me on the day of the surgery. Also I had 2 biopsies and I didn't feel anything on the one Dr Arthur performed. The other biopsy was a little painful

Dr. does not reply to patient telephone calls. Falls to coordinate with other doctors. Dr. not truthful when confronted with her errors.

Dr. Arthur made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I had a needle biopsy and didn't feel anything. I love her!

I love Dr. Arthur and the staff. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Told me everything and called me personally the night before my surgery. I did have to wait a while in the office but she is well worth it. I loved Northern Westchester hospital too. You have your own privat e suite and service. I will be getting my mammos and sonograms there from now on and have Dr. Arthur to follow my treatment

Dr. Arthur is the breast doc ever!! Sorry, I couldn't resist. She's straight with you from the beginning. I had a biopsy and aspiration by her and did not feel anything. Highly recommend her.
