Felt like a money mill Was not told the importance of follow-up PSA test - thought cancer was gone - two years later, just got a PSA 142 as a result of another doctor recommending a test - office called yesterday for a 2-year follow-up and told caller the sad story - blamed lack of follow up on urologist - really had to press caller on the importance of a call or card reminder to save lives as a small investment in office effectiveness - realize need to do own research and not count on doctors, but this was a very hard lesson to learn
