Takes the time to make you feel welcome, to answer questions and put you at ease. Took amazing care of me when my daughter was born and truly worked toward the best outcome for me. Almost a year later I would recommend him to anyone! Can’t say enough about him and his practice!

We came to Dr B after having 2 miscarriages in India, got one more while we were with him here at USA.... we were depressed, desperate and extremely anxious.. having lost all hope, we just held on to Dr. B with everything we had!!... He helped us all through, being meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, guiding us all along and finally, ensuring that our baby is delivered fine.. Yes, he delivered our first baby girl!! After having struggled for 8 yrs, we finally had our child!!

We are so glad and thankful to Almighty that we came to meet Dr. B. He is going to be our Dr forever.. He is someone very special for us, almost Godly!! yet he is so humble, and dedicated to his work that it makes it relatively easy for people like us to be hopeful!!

We will recommend 100% that if you need help, Dr. B is the person!! The best of the best!! Thank You Dr. B, you will always be in our prayers!!

Dr. B is excellent, he cares about you and will answer your questions. Just be careful with the staff in the front called Amy, she was rude and gives you wrong info. Other than Amy all the other staff are great and helpful.

The best doctor I have ever met. Extremely caring and supportive. We had two miscarriages and didn't know what to do. I believe that thanks to Dr.B we have our bundle of love (4months old now). I highly recommend drB.

I came to Dr. B after delivering my first at one of the top hospitals in NYC. I had a really bad experience the first time around and wanted my second to be different. He came highly recommended so I met with him and right from the start, I knew he was my doc. I have ONLY gone to female docs, so starting with a male was a big step for me, but one I am so happy I made. He is always so reassuring and helpful. Puts things in perspective in a very calm and relaxed way and happens to have a very funny sense of humor. He delivered my second in 2011 and I plan on having him deliver my 3rd (and current) pregnancy as well. He was there every step of the way when I delivered and came by to see my after as well. The whole staff at Morristown hosptial was AMAZING and I will only deliver here from now on! I have recommended Dr. B over and over again, and my 2 girls love coming with me to my appts since he also entertains them! Highly recommended!! You will be happy you did!

Dr Bissinger is by far one of the top at his craft. He is a skilled physician and an overall compassionate, trustworthy and highly educated person. He has been my physician for over 15 years and has seen me from a young adult into my child-bearing years. All the time being professional, understanding and loyal (not to mention his great sense of humor). I was so happy that he was the one to deliver my daughter. He has made some very uncomfortable and awckward situations so much easier to handle. I would recommend him to anyone and have! At the end of the day, all anyone wants, as a patient, is to be respected and treated with dignity and honesty. If you're looking for that- Dr. B's your man

Dr. Bissinger is a phenomenal doctor!! He went above and beyond for me from before I was pregnant all the way till he safely delivered my first baby. His years of expertise and experience very much shows in his actions. I thank God everyday that he was the one who delivered my baby girl. I can't say enough great things about him and have referred at least 3 people to him who all feel the same exact way about him as I do.

Dr. B. is the best! I had two miscarriages and a complicated pregnancy that resulted in my baby girl. Mr. B. held my hand through everything. I was a complete nervous wreck the entire pregnancy, and he offered me support all along the way. I probably drove him nuts with my worry. His office staff are great too and always make an effort to get you an appointment. I can't imagine having another baby without him.
