Excellent caring doctor. The best I have seen since moving to Campbell River. Would recommend highly.

I've never had any Dr tell me "YOU drive the bus, I work for you. Tell me what you want & I'll tell you if it's necessarily or not, with a full explanation". He saved my life. He really listens & doesn't pull any punches. He tells it like it is. He does his research. He's open to learning. He doesn't put on airs. He doesn't take offence to questions.He doesn't have a God complex like some.

Our family have been patients since he opened his practice. He is very professional in mannerisms and appearance. Knowlegable, willing to always listen and take the extra time and energy to get you the best care possible. Follow up is excellent.

I felt that he is very rude. He would talk down to me and wife. Very negative person. Did not find him caring at all. I feel that doctors like him should get out of health care. I dont understand why he is so nasty. We went to him for about a year and just had enough of his attitude. He made it feel like he was doing us a favour. When our taxes pay him. Dont understand negative people like that

docter procter good, been seeing him for twenty years,some off his staff are not to polite, they should find jobs that make them happy.

Excellent Doctor. I am thankful to have him as a Doctor. I am alive because of Dr. Proctor. Many Thanks Jim. Highly recomended as family Doctor. Personable, caring, readly willing to refer to another Doctor if he suspects it is necessary, great ability to listen.
