This jew was the shitiest orthodontist ever. I had braces on for 5 years when it could've probably done in 2 and he fuked up my jaw in the process. I think he was also a pedophiile because he was always telling little kids they were his faaaaaaavorite. And like the last guy said his breath smelled of dik. I hope this jew is rotting in hel right now.

Dr. Cook sucks dik it takes him 5 years and your teeth/bite still suck. On top of that he's got nasty breath probably from all the diks he sucked.

I applied for a position at this office and was so disgusted by the rude office staff and rude doctor, I was glad I wasn't called back. After filling out an application that took me over an hour, I finally met this distasteful doctor and his staff. They were so disrespectful regarding my education, asked me if I had a formal graduation! Then Dr. Cook's assistant asked me about any limitations I had and I explained that I take medicine. The interview should have ended when this rude and inappropriate assistant asked me what for!! I should have left then. There is no professionalism in that office. I overheard a staff member say to a patient, "hold your head still on your braces will be on your face!!" This office and staff are a nightmare. Their sign informing individuals that their braces are not made from recycled materials is a red flag.

thye put braces on me when i was in 7th grade. was told they would be on 1 year. 6 years later were still on and refused to take them off. he told mom she would have to paym another 500.00 for my retainer. this is after she already gave him 6,000. my mom kept calling him and still 5 more years later still no call back. they have ruined my teeth and my fathr took my braces off with a pliars. this orthodonist sucks!

over priced and never truly explains anything. goes for the more costly methods than the most practical. very superficial
