It may take a few minutes to get to you, but he'll spend as much time with you as needed. I hope he doesn't retire until I'm ready for a Gerontologist.

I had been looking for a Dr. for a while never found one I really trusted until now. He is great and his staff is great. I could say he's never on time but I am okay with that. I think the reason he runs behind is he cares for his patients talks with them and takes the time to make sure they understand whats going on, he doesn't just run you out the door with a quick diagnosis. He always treats the cause of the issue not the symptoms. He is VERY friendly and professional along with all his staff. 5 out of 5 from me if the on time was better but like I said it doesn't bother me since he really does take the time to talk to you and help you understand his diagnosis and treatment. Best Dr. I have had since I was 15.

The nurse is rude, especially if you call in needing help. The staff in general is fair at best. Lots of communication problems, and you are not given any written instructions when you leave. They treat you very poorly if you try to clarify instructions. They seem to schedule for way too many follow up visits. He is a very nice man but refers almost everything out (usually to someone else in his group). Now you are seeing two different doctors from the same group, and paying deductibles for a doctor, and a specialist.

Best doctor I have ever had. Took years to find one and I have had him for 3yrs. Treats the problem, not the symptom.

Great family care doc, but really needs to do something about his appointment times. Punctuality is the only thing missing.

I saw Dr. Christifano for about 5 years. He was like the others said in their ratings... very nice, congenial, and I do believe a very popular physician because he was very hard to get into. However, I do believe in southern Jo. Cty this had more to do with his looks than his knowledge. Myself, I would rather have a good physician. His office gave me a penicillin derivative (i'm allergic) which caused me to have intense respiratory distress. I was in and out of the hospital battling pneumonia with a newborn at home for months. When that all cleared I continued to get pneumonia each and every year and he refused to give me pneumonia shot. I have since taken them every 5 yrs as recommended and don't have to fight each yr. He missed several things through those years and I am so glad I switched doctors. I just didn't want to argue with him because he made me feel like an idiot if I did with that cute smile of his. Like I was being defiant if I asked questions about my health.
