I've been going to Dr Gibb for over 25 years. Because there aren't any doctors taking new patients, I've had to stick with him. I had my thyroid removed a few years ago, and I'm pushing 50 years old. I've been having a hard time lately with SO many things, and he just basically told me that I'm getting old, so deal with it. He IS NOT A WOMAN, and does not CARE about women. Ladies, if you're "pushing 50" like me, and your hormones aren't in check due to perimenopause, GO SEE SOMEONE ELSE. HE could truly care less. SO DISAPPOINTING

Dr gibb should not be a doctor. He is the most heartless savage I have ever met. He preformed my son’s circumcision, which led to us having to come back to the clinic as things were not right. After a 45 minute wait he comes in the room and without a word opens my sons diaper and *I’ll spare you the graphics*. My sons screaming, I’m in shock as he did not even tell me or explain what he was going to do or why. He then doesn’t even give me a chance to ask questions-or address the other reason we were there. Just says “good luck” and leaves the room. He was in the room with us maybe a total of 2 minutes. There was no after care instructions, no explanation, nothing.
I am floored that this man still has a job. He is careless and heartless, has zero compassion. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

Dr. Gibb is a terrible doctor, went to him for over ten years, he misdiagnosed my bipolar disorder for that whole time. My health deteriorated due to my thyroid gland not working and he didn’t even look into it. Told me I was getting old, I was 35 and suffered for years due to his lack of concern. I want to walk in across town after blacking out while driving, a blood test concluded that my thyroid didn’t work. Dr.Gibb is not a doctor at all as far as I am concerned, he should be fired for malpractice. Terrible and lacks empathy and would rather see his patients suffer and die than do his job.

Doesn’t listen, is rude and not very knowledgeable. I feel as though he doesn’t really care about people, very arrogant. Ended up switching doctors, will not return ever.

Dr Gibb performed my son's circumcision in September 2020. Unfortunately post procedure complications occurred due to procedural error and excess tissue being cut. This resulted in us needing to go to the emergency room with severe bleeding with an 18 day old baby. I would not not have chose this doctor if there weren't only 2 doctors doing the procedure currently. Consider your options carefully.

Dr. Donald Gibb performed my sons circumcision when he was 3 weeks old in Lethbridge, AB at the "Bigelow Fowler Clinic West Lethbridge". The procedure cost $175 CAD and it took him less then 15 minutes. I will recommend him to any parent wanting to circumcise this newborn male child. He did an excellent job.

Brilliant Doctor delivered my grandson looks after my youngest is diligent efficient receptive forward thinking highly recommended being my family doctor for over 20 yrs I would not trust anyone else
