My appointment went well, but when I cancelled a scheduled appointment, seems they forgot to record my phone call and so they billed me $100 for it - their error, not mine. Then when I call to see it it can be worked out - and they promise to call me back they don't, then i get a letter filled with lies . CHEATS AND LIARS<

Watson has been my dentist for years! About 4 weeks ago I had a cleaning done at his office. Ended up with a nasty mouth infection!!! Went to see another guy in town. Was absolutely a horrible experience !!!!!!!!

Caring, kind, and gentle
Knowledgeable (check out the multiple degrees--you can really tell he has Ed. training when he explained in and dental concepts)
Professional
Personable and even kind of funny
Willingly available in an emergency--very empathatic (he can spot a wince a mile away)
Dr. Watson is, hands down, the best dentist I have ever had. I initially came to his practicefor an emergency root canal and will stay for the rest of my dental care as long as I am in the area. (He is so good that I would consider travelling back to town for treatment if I ever leave the Wainwright area.)
Consider yourself lucky if he is taking new patients!

Can't believe the negative comments that I see here. Thinking they were written by a competitor up the street! Dr Ron has been my family's dentist for years. Kids love him, and I do, too! Great with a needle, kind and gentle. Always explains procedures in advance, and ensures that we go over all the options. Never tries to "upsell" .I recommend him highly.

Dr Watson is wonderful with his approach to making his clients feel informed and comfortable with his decisions for work on your teeth. As well, his staff is welcoming and gentle with the procedures they perform.

I have to say, I was very displeased with his service, he is not my regular dentist and when I went t see him all seemed good until I told him I see another dentist the seen changed. I sensed a total disregard towards me. It took everything inside me from not dropping him right there on the spot... I guess he didn't learn much in the army about respect. Been a good dentist he is, but his demeanour towards walk in customers is the poorest in Alberta.

Dr. Watson is the best dentist I have ever had. He is honest and upfront and doesn't do work that doesn't need to be done. I totally trust him. He is also great with kids. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Watson has been my dentist for many years. Each appointment is a pleasure as I am treated with genuine care and respect. He and his team take time to fully explain the various options for my dental care and encourage me to ask questions. I appreciate the high level of care Dr. Watson demonstrates in every procedure. He is very knowledgeable and I believe he always gives me the best advise.
