I was very pleased with the results of Dr. Klenoff's treatment. I always got treated by the Dr. (not an assistant). He is knowledgeable, experienced, articulate & prompt. I'm happy to have found an excellent dermatologist.

I chose Dr. Klenoff off my insurance list as I was unhappy with my previous Dermatologist and had an infected abscess on my scalp. It was very painful, I had already been to a walk-in that had given me a Rx for antibiotic but it wasn't helping. Dr. Klenoff's office was nice on the phone and gave me an appointment for the same day. As a new patient I was shocked and so happy to get some relief. The doctor was friendly, I was seen quickly and he explained everything. I left feeling so much better. Other than 2 tylenol after the procedure, I never had any further pain.

Dr. Klenoff is very thorough. He saved my father-in-law's life by spotting a melanoma that another doctor missed.

I thought he was good. He took care of some moles and did biopsy's. He took care of my acne. He helped shrink a few keloids on my chest. I think he does his job well.

MD is pretty old fashioned. He's nice enough and took time with me, but I think he graduated from medical school so long ago that his knowledge is no longer relevant. One of his front desk ladies is very abrasive. Even tho you undress for exam they have no gowns (embarrassing) and the exam is room cold. Waiting room dim and crowded. There are LOTS of better options in Monmouth and Ocean counties.

I haven't filled the script that Dr. Klenoff gave me yet for adult acne, but I found him extremely affable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. By the way, I saw someone's suggestion to see Benjamin Cohen in LB; I would TOTALLY disagree. After a visit to him 2 years ago, I had given up hope that a dermatologist would treat me like an individal. I went to Cohen just because I wanted the best anti-aging treatment and wanted to see what his assessment would be. He was very unpersonable and I felt like he gave exactly the same treatment to everyone. A treatment that I think made my skin way worse than it had been - and talk about concerned with money! Oi. That's Dr. Cohen, not Klenoff. In Dr. Cohen's practice, he will give you a "script" but it is basically for an in house store he has, so don't count on your prescrition plan covering any of it.

Very well informed and has always diagnosed everything perfectly. Took a while to warm up but he may be a bit shy. Nice person.

Rude, inconsiderate, and his advice did not help for dry skin/acne. I found relief in a spa. He needs to retire.

I really like Dr. Klenhoff and think he is a skilled and knowledgable dermatologist. He removed a rather large benign mole from my face that had been bothering for years and 3 days later it was almost completely healed with no scar. He told me that if it had been on his daughter's face, he would do the same. He recommended against removing a different mole from my leg that he thought would turn out worse than just leaving it alone. To me this proves that he has the patient's best interest at heart rather than being strictly out to make the most money like so many doctors these days. Although at first it may seem like he doesn't have the warmest personality, if you engage him he can be quite charming. Loves to talk about children, grandchildren, etc. Also, I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Overall, I feel that he is a great doctor and a nice person.
