I when in for some tachycardia, and he put me on a better drug regimen that I was on previously (my overmedication had led to digitoxin OD and bradychardia). I was very impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. As for his handling of insurance, I was completely and competently taken care of by the staff. I'm only a college kid, but in my opinion, it is arrogance in the extreme to expect a man who went to school for thirteen years and (probably) accumulated hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt to perform menial secretarial work.

Doctor would not take the time to request a test he wanted done on me by calling the insurance company. Told me he would lose $500 he could earn from seeing patients if he took the half hour to contact my insurance personally.
