I arrived at my appointment. a half an hour early. I was politely asked to wait until my correct appointment time because other people were scheduled ahead of me. While I was waiting someone walked in without an appointment. He was told to wait to see if they could accommodate for him. I overheard him tell the secretary that it was for nothing urgent and if they couldn't fit him in today he would try to get a time for the next day. Dr. Johanson was exactly 15 minutes late for my appointment but he took the walk-in person ahead of me. That makes no sense. What is the point of having an appointment if he's completely going to ignore it. I don't know how they do things in the U.S but in Canada there's a reason that people book appointments. I left the office and will never go back.

He is a great chiropracter along with his staff all take the time for serving the patients

Exstended office hours to accomodate people that work normal office hours.

vey helpful and answers questions freely and completely. Will take extra timeto adjust and explain things as needed. Offers free treatment to kids on the last tuesday of every month
