She explained well about all the possibilities of the root cause, and discussed the options for the treatment. I think she is very capable of communicating with the patients.

dr.endo ould not let me finish a sentence. she kept interrupting. most annoying and rude. quite arrogant! would not let me explain about previou diagnosis!
