I have been going to her for a few years and I have never had any problems with her or her staff. She makes sure she looks at my history before doing anything with meds. She has always been friendly to me and given me GREAT care. She takes my words seriously and gives me her professional advice if it differs from what I am saying. She has never seemed to be in a hurry to get out of the room like other doctors have done in the past. She is a caring Doctor and I recommend her to all.

Ive gotten to know her and she has gotten to know me. She uses her knowledge with mine to come up with the best action to be taken. We do not always agree, However she is willing to help naturaly cure before using Rx. That is why I consult her advice. Her staff is noisy and rude. Only thing I would change is the Staff that works around her.

$45 for a total Lack Of Service. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by a doctor. I asked for an appetite suppressant, phentermine, which had worked for me and had been prescribed to me by her own PA the previous year--I realized I was gaining weight back after the stress of an outta town move/relocation. I understand that Bancroft may have suspected I was a pill chaser even though I explained that I chose to return to "my" clinic, the Benton clinic, close to my family home. She was chiding after recognizing I had gained weight, and told me to eat right and exercise--absolutely dismissing my stated history of failed diets as well as my patient history of success with that drug. The kicker--she told me that she would not prescribe it to me ultimately because I drink diet coke, and that diet coke was "rotting my brain, so why should she prescribe it to someone careless like that." Very unprofessional, a frustrating & absolutely humiliating waste of my time.
