I am so grateful to have Dr. Stefani Wright as my family physician. I hear SO many people complain about their doctor and I think to myself, how lucky am I?? Firstly, I rarely ever wait in the waiting room to see her. I'm usually called in by Rosie, (absolute sweetheart of a woman) Dr. Wrights nurse. Dr. Wright never ever rushes you out of her office. She will sit there and listen to anything you have to talk to her about. She is extremely patient with you and will keep trying to find solutions to whatever it is you need help with. She will look into things for you and I have even seen her look through her books to look something up just to make sure she has a right answer for you. I feel so very lucky I have her as a family physician. She is just wonderful!!

Just started seeing Dr. Stefani a few months ago, could not be more pleased with her level of care and bedside manner, always willing to listen and give options that may help with the issue at hand. The office is very good at getting you seen ASAP especially if you have little ones. She has been amazing!

Agree with the past comments- Dr. Wright is a knowledgeable doctor but her receptionist is so horrible to deal with, completely rude and does not appreciate your time. I love the nurse though, it is a shame that the practice has such an unprofessional receptionist. My only other complaint would be that Dr. Wright is too fast to prescribe medications when they may not be needed.

Absolutely love Dr Stephanie and her nurse Rosie. They are amazing and helpful. The receptionist however, is rude and unprofessional. If I didn't love my doctor, I'd consider getting a new one just so I didn't have to go thru the receptionist to make an appointment.

Dr Stefanie has been wonderful to me. She is very knowledgeable and always professional. She also has an excellent relationship with specialists in the area. We are fortunate to have her and her husband, Dr Scott Wright in Waterloo.

I really like Dr. Stefani, she is a really good Doctor, easy to talk to and very professional. Her nurse is a wonderful asset to this practice. Her receptionist, however, is a different story. someone must have told her that answering phones at a doctors office is the same as amedical degree, she is there to answer the phone and take appointments, not to tell patients what they should and should not do. i do not know why such a professional practice allows this, the way she talks to patients shouldnt be aloud.

Dr. Stefani Wright is amazing. I just started seeing her and she has been nothing short of amazing. She listens to me and does not dismiss anything that I have to say. She would explain why things happened, and provide her insight based on scientific research, but allow me to make my own decision in the end. I am very very glad to have her as my new family doctor.
