He only gets a 4 on knowledge because he didn't pretend to "know everything". But that's even better, because, here's the thing.....he said he wasn't sure. Then he actually researhed and found the answer. He also visited my nephew in the hospital and brought him a stuffed animal. He is a doc that actually cares and that's half the battle. That's why he is now our family doctor as well. He will do his best.
