I think he retired, thank goodness. He mis-diagnosed my friend who had skin cancer. His office is schlocky and cheap. Never go to him.

I've gone to dermatologists for over 20 years for a chronic skin condition. I went to Kaczmarek after my then current doctor suddenly died. Kaczmarek's diagnosis and treatment plan was completely different from the several dermatologists I had previously seen--and completely wrong. He tried to point to evidence of his diagnosis. When I pointed out it wasn't what he said it was he began yelling at me, loudly, to the point of abusiveness. Later, when I said his diagnosis was totally different than that from several previous doctors, he again began yelling at me. Of course, I left, never to return, found another (competent!) doctor, who confirmed Kaczmerek's diagnosis and treatment plan were not only wrong but would have actually harmed me.

Worst front office staff I have ever had to deal with. Very unfriendly.

Kaczmarek is reasonably compentent, although expensive. But his staff is arrogant and unhelpful. I called for an annual appointment, and was told I had to wait two month before I could see him. When I asked if there was anything sooner, the secretary got nasty, took the attitude that if I did not like it, that was my problem and I should go elsewhere. I was so offended that I got off the phone.

Dr. Kaczmarek was very good - he took time to listen to my concerns and then did a complete check. He knew exactly what the problem was (granted, it wasn't that complex) and didn't offer/force unnecessary testing. They were right on time and the staff was friendly. The office itself is kind of small and seemed a little old but that was easy to overlook.
