Terrible service. I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Jassir, who then informed me this was only a consult and that I had to make another appointment for treatment. This information should have been given to me before I made my apptointment. I ended the "consult" immediately and demanded my co-pay be reimbursed. I spoke to two of his office staff and the doctor and was told I did have a consult and would not be refunded my money. Do not see this doctor unless you have time and money to burn.

this is a very dirty office. the staff is extremely rude. stay away they speak down to you and do not know what they are talking about. they do not even understand their own records. the office staff is very confused and unorganized to say the least. this dr overcharges and is a money sucking doctor unlike any I've seen. If you are not hispanic, forget it. they treat white Americans so rudely. My opinion is spot on and others agree, find a caring, experienced doctor who cares, staff that is polite and office that is clean. You are paying them. Apparently they don't remember this little aspect.

This doctor hardly communicates and acts like you are bothering him. His nurse Maria really does most of the work. His examination is poor at best.

THIS DR.S OFFICE DOES NOT CALL BACK.THE OFFICE IS VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH.WHEN THE DR. GIVES ORDER A FOR A MRI HE DOES NOT GIVE A REFERAL WITH IT.ANYTHING YOU ASK THE DR.S OFFICE TO DO IS A REAL HASSLE JUST TO ASK FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE. YOU ALMOST DO NOT WANT TO CALL THIS OFFICE THEY SEEM WORTHLESS.AND UNAVALIABLE.
