this jerk was very rude to me and had never even met me. don`t know what his problem was but I could not get out of there fast enough, I think he is ignorant and just a asshat

He had already made up his mind about me before we began speaking. Anything I explained to him was met with a smile that showed he was just humouring me. While he is polite and soft spoken, it just serves to mask his arrogance and condescension.

I was in and out of Dr. Geddes office so fast. I felt as though he wasn't listening to me. After a quick exam he told me there is nothing wrong with me and made me feel like i was wasting his time..
Continuing to suffer with the same symptoms 3 weeks post visit, I was advised to call his office again.
The secretary told me she would speak w Dr. Geddes and call me back. That was over a week ago and haven't heard a thing!!! Nothing good to say bout my experience with him!

Dr. Geddes operated on my hernia April 8, 2016. I can't say enough good things about him. My pre-op appt. with him was excellent, he was informative, thorough and made sure I had no unanswered questions. On operation day, we spoke prior to my surgery and in the operating room, he was very supportive and kind when I was a bit anxious. He is very soft spoken, gentle and a wonderful surgeon. Anyone would be grateful to have him as your physician.

Dr Geddes told me that my nausea, vomiting, and various other symptoms were in my head and that there is nothing wrong with me. I have a feeling he simply didn't want to deal with me, as he very condescendingly asked if I was "happy" and then decided that everything was due to "stress" and in my head...and even told the student in the room that I don't have any nausea or vomiting, despite that being the symptom I repeated several times with him.

A year later, I have been diagnosed with celiac disease as I didn't give up as Dr Geddes clearly did. If he had been a better doctor, I may not have had to suffer for another year before finding out what's wrong with me.

Dr Geddes has been the best surgeon/Dr I have ever been too. At 40 yrs old I have had several surgeries with several recommended specialist and none compare to his demeanor & overall compassion!

I believe it is time for Dr. Geddes to retire. He was dismissive and arrogant. He makes decisions without the use of science to back himself up.
