I have been seeing Dr. Mark T. Anderson for about 18 years at his Mill Creek Family Practice. He is an exceptional doctor with a warm and gentle bedside manner, and he really cares about his patients. One of the many things that I admire about Doctor Anderson is that he does not take chances when it comes to diagnosis and treatment. He treats his patients with the same care that he would provide to a family member. Recently he diagnosed in me the early stages of prostate cancer. After learning about the slow progression of the disease, I was inclined to delay treatment for a few years. Because I am only 56, Dr Anderson encouraged me to seek some form of treatment and not just to watch the disease. I had a Da Vinci prostatectomy (performed by Dr James Porter in Seattle), and have recovered nicely and am 100% cancer free. It is a good thing that I took Dr Anderson's advice, the tumor although at the early stages and small was at the boundary of the prostate, which means it could have easily spread to other areas of the body. I owe so much to Dr Anderson, thank you.

Have been seeing Dr. Anderson since inception of his practice at Mill Creek Family Practice or very close to it. He has been exceptional in every instance - and gone way above and beyond. He listens, is compassionate, honest, and he takes the time to know you as an individual. Both my husband and myself are patients of his -- as well as my grown daughter was while growing up -- and I wouldn't go see anyone else!

I am very surprised by the negative comments. I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson since 2009 and I have yet experienced anything negative. The practice, his team offer great services. The 2 negative comments must be missing some negative information, he is beyond personable. He is not money greedy and always offers alternatives. I would recommend his and his teams' services to anyone. How many practices offer same day visit, better yet within a few hours?

I am nearly 60 years-old. I recently asked Dr. Anderson to assist me in getting off prescription morphine that I was on for nearly 6 years. I explained that after months of weaning myself of multiple Dr. prescribed medications with adverse effects (including daily doses of 180mg morphine, 180mg oxycodone, baclofen, naproxen, zanaflex, lyrica, and prednisone), despite the dreadful withdrawal difficulties encountered, all I currently took was 60mg morphine daily. I asked Dr. Anderson to help lessen “withdrawal horrors” by gradually reducing prescribed doses; enabling my body to acclimate, and lessening severe physical pain, discomfort, and suicidal feelings. Instead of forcing my body into a painful and difficult to handle melt-down caused by abruptly stopping long-term morphine use. Instead of commending my efforts, through his nurse Dr. Anderson conveyed an unwilling to assist me in any way, other than suggest I try another clinic.

I think he is very knowledgeable. And I feel he really cares when you are sick. I trust him. Most of the staff in the front desk are nice. Only one is so rude. Nurses are very nice also.

Dr Mark T. Anderson spent only 5 minutes with patient who had a depression problem. Dr. wrote perscription, but patient had to call back a few days later with a question re medication and Dr. Anderson was very rude and condescending. Not interested in going back to this doctor.
