Got real bad news from her, gum grafts needed for all 4 quadrants or 19 teeth or I would lose them, also an implant. Had also deep scaling done (deep teeth cleaning). I got second opinions from two other independent periodontologist (one at University of Pennsylvania). Both agreed gum transplant was only needed for 2 teeth, and the implant was legitimate. They also recommended scaling. They were shocked after I told them it was done a week earlier. It was of extremely poor quality. One periodontologist took my finger and rubbed my teeth, he said it should not feel rough but smooth. I did recall no polishing was done as required. There were other areas that had not been cleaned ($1400 job). I don't want to draw any conclusions, but to me these facts did not give me confidence in this practice. My bill was also inflated, but I did receive a refund after pointing out the inconsistencies.

The best periodontist in tri state area. I had a botched surgery in NY city and Dr Miller fixed it for me. She definitely knows her skill and does the surgery effortlessly!!!!

Referred to a specialist NOT in my network...even though her office literature indicates she covers something, she refers to a specialist....hang on to your wallet!

I have seen some very good periodontists in the past and dr. Miller isn't the best. She basically tried to convince me that I had to redraft about 8 to 10 of my teeth. Plus, she made two huge billing errors that favored her. She ended up having to pay me back money twice after I caught the mistake. The total amount was about $300.

Dr. Miller is AMAZING. I have a very low threshold and had a connective tissue gum graft done for the first time. I was terrified after reading all the horror stories on the Internet. She has the lightest hand out there and I didn't feel a thing - even the novocaine shot was great. I highly recommend her. It's no wonder that she is listed as one of the top dentists in NJ.

Excellent doctor. She is very caring and nice. I have been back for free many times after surgery because she wants to make sure that everything is ok, and this is very rare since usually doctors after they have been paid don't care anymore.
