Everything I read on this Doctor is accurate. I was there 31/2 hours. I have 5 bulging disc. With spinal stenosis. He said it's not bad enough for surgery. Sent me on my way and said you will have to get back to work.
Who is working for who here? QME should be more about relieving pain then getting an individual back to work.

I believe these ratings are coming from disgruntled employees and not a fair assessment of the Doctor. He is highly educated and well respected .

Constantly late, distracted, on the phone with personal calls. Feel like his personal life has a priority over you

Terrible experience with this doc. Wait times are excessive. I've actually sat there waiting for over an hour while I could hear him on the phone in the next room talking about his horses. Very unprofessional. He's arrogant and doesn't seem to care about your problems if you're not a surgical candidate. With the exception of one visit, an appointment that should have taken 20-30 minutes max took 90-120 minutes. Don't waste your time here.

Waited for over two hours and nobody cared in the office. Saw the doctor for less than 3 minutes and he was done with me.

The staff was courteous and I was see promptly. Dr. Greenspan was knowledgeable and just genuinely cared. He took the time to hear my concerns & answers all my questions (which was a lot). I am happy I picked him. I didn't feel rushed and that is so important to me.

I spent three and a half hours waiting for a doctor that never saw me. No one ever even took my vitals even though I was clutching my chest and having trouble breathing. Doctor's office had zero interest in helping me the next day as I begged them on the phone for x-ray results. Im still in agony. This experience makes me want to cry. I'm shocked.

Dr Greenspan is a great surgeon! Unfortunately workers comp in California is very difficult to work with. Thou it may seem as the doctor is in a hurry and runs a mill he doesn't. I run another orthopedic office very close by to Dr Greenspan . Many patients have lots of great things to say about Dr Greenspan. If I didn't work for my doctor I would definitely refer patients to him! And his team in the office is great!

The staff is very Rude and the men are arrogant. Even with an appointment you have to wait a very long time and they will make you wait a half hour just to give you a cream they have in their office. Very annoyed with them and cant stand the place! BATE HATE HATE IT!!!! No consideration for the pain people are in just cause its not them!!!!!!!!

He never completed his residency in Orthopedic medicine in NYC. He runs a Worker's Comp mill, and gets around the "law" by doing "arthroscope" procedures (any doctor in Ca can do)and he calls himself a specialist? HA! BEWARE...this guy does NOT know Orthopedic medicine, and he looks/acts like he stoned on meds all the time. Can act very arrogant and be abrupt.
