I have been going to Dr. Chiam since I was a little girl and now I take my son to see her. Although she is a very busy doctor she takes the time to fit in my son everytime I need to see her. She might not be on time for every appointment but that happens with most doctors. There have been cases where she was earlier than others. So Basically she is wonderful and I wouldn't change her for another doctor!

She is my family doctor. I've had her since I was born and I love her. Yes she is most of the time late but what doctor isn't. If people didn't go to the doctors for the stupidest reasons she probably woudn't be so far behind all the time. Other than that I feel 100% comfortable with her. I have had a couple problems with the staff but I keep persisting and usually get through.

Receptionist is always ready to fit our kids in schedule. Dr. Chiam is very knowledgeable. She diagnosed our child with no noticeable symptoms (to us) and sent us to CHEO. She ended up saving her life! She even follows-up on treatment progression. She listens and addresses all of our concerns. Dr. Chiam's team serves our family well and we feel lucky to have them.

Dr. Chiam is great, her receptionist, Elizabeth is another story. If she got a new receptionist I think the office would run smoothly and efficently and you'd be greeted by a friendly and helpful person.

Dr. Chiam rises above what is expected of her time and time again (ex. calling at 10pm to ensure my daughter's nosebleed was under control). I am so lucky to have found her, and have her care not only for me, but for my children. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly. She is more than just a doctor to my family, she is part of our family.

At one time doctor Chiam took time to listen and was empathetic - now she is rushed (too busy) and it doesn't help that the receptionist is not up to par. I had to find a new doctor because I dared to speak on mistakes made. I have found a new doctor who is attentive and supportive - not dismissive of my problems.

Dr Chiam is a very knowledge, commpassionate doctor. I couldn't think of goingto anyone else because I think she is the best.

Never on time anymore, not attentive, not giving advice, and dont bother to mention the horrible staff. i think that she needs to cut some patients because she is too busy to have her mind on you when you finally get a appnt 2 weeks later.

I have been with Dr. Chiam since I was 14 years old. She's wonderful, attentive, a good listener, she asks the right questions and yes she calls to see how you are doing and even calls when the test results are negative. My whole family is with her right down to my brother-in law. SHE DOES EXPLAIN things and her follow up is second to none. If my husband has no problem going for a physical with her....then you know she has to be awesome. Only one negative comment and it's not towards Dr. Chiam...is that she has new staff that do not like to accomodate and don't return calls...very very frustrating. The previous staff member was super and she fit you in almost 100% of the time. Not pleased with the new staff. But apart from that you couldn't ask for a better family physician!
