Dr Muncey was my family Dr for over 20 years. Then all of a sudden I was told she was not going to be a family Dr anymore. So all her patients were released abd told to find their own new family Dr's. This was suggested an awful experience. Her front desk staff are miserable...they are so unprofessional . What are they still doing there? Seriously! They share negative energy...you feel worst when you leave the clinic. Now I heard that Dr. Muncy is a family Dr again.....what the heck? Did she take on too many patients first and then decided to release as them?

Staff sucks. Punctual never. DR Muncey yes very knowledgeable.

The health care people need to go through these ratings to make our system more transparent.

Dr Muncey has been my doctor since she started in this location (I used to work for her) and is hands down the best there is. She takes such good care of me and is so professional and knowledgeable.
Her receptionist Rajni however is extremely rude and unprofessional and her behavior is simply unacceptable. She hung up on me and I have experienced and observed this behavior too many times to count. The clinic was so much better when she left......too bad she came back.

Dr Muncey has been my doctor for 26 years and I found her competent, caring and professional. She Was there for me through 2 pregnancies, refered me to specialists when needed and listened to my concerns. I generally visited the doctor once a year other than during the pregnancies. Was very sad to hear she would not be my family doctor a few years ago. I managed to see her on a walk in basis a few times because I haven't been able to find a new family GP. What I am writing about is the atrocious attitude of her rude and obnoxious MOA Rajini. She basically told me I can't see Dr. Muncy anymore and that I need to find a new Dr. She was pushy and basically telling me to get lost. I don't know who hired Rajini and who her employer is but they should re-assess if this is the kind of person they want as the face of this office. I dreaded seeing Rajini in the office and suffered her indignant behavior. Too bad she is still there.

Haha, I came here to write a comment about rude receptionist that literally barked at me for no reason But apparently I am not the only only one. 😅 that woman is so unprofessional and rude. The doctor herself is okay,just the receptionist

Dr Muncey is a caring , knowledgeable physician. However her receptionist Rajini is extremely rude and verbally abusive both in person and over the phone. She has hung up on me . Rajini decides and controls who can and can’t
see Dr. Muncey. it was very pleasant to go to the clinic and be greeted by pleasant receptionist

I currently don't habe a family doctor unfortunately being new to the area. But I really appreciated the help and advice Dr. Muncy gave me today.ybwifechas also seen her and found her professional, personable and intelligent. We'd both definitely recommend her and hopefully get to see her in the future.

Dr joy muncey is a good doctor. How ever her receptionist Rajni and Susie are both very rude. Receptionist should never treat there patients that come into the walk in clinic very rude. As patients they come into the walk in clinic not feeling well.

dr Muncey is awesome. Kind, smart, and caring. But her office staff is horrible. One of the girls had me in tears today. Condescending and rude because I didnt understand how some things work in the medical profession. I am just a patient. nothing more. she was demeaning and spoke to me like I was an imbecile. I actually started crying .. and that made me more upset that this girl brought me to tears so I just had to write here. I am hoping dr muncey will see it and know how these people treat her clients.

Very good, efficient experience refilling prescriptions. Receptionist called me first 2 minutes before my appointment time. While I understand doctors schedules can't be exactly on time, this appointment was the first time I've ever spoken to a doctor at my booked time.

Very unprofessional and rude from the start. I booked an online phone call appointment to review an MRI I had at the hospital the day prior. The second she picked up the phone she was harsh and aggressive, as if she wanted to get me off the phone. I tried to clarify with her several times as to why she wasn't able to request my MRI results to review them with me and she kept on saying, "we don't do that." I then wanted clarity on whether this was her practices policy or a law that no doctor besides the prescribing doctor can review the results, which she again refused to clarify and instead kept on getting more aggravated and irritated. She eventually hung up on me, refusing to give me clarity on whether or not I could have another doctor request my MRI results or if I HAD to go to the doctor that prescribed it. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She had the mannerisms of a 5 year old child, not a professional doctor. I am still in shock at how poorly she treated me, when all I wanted was clarity on where I could go to get my MRI results because she was refusing to request them. If you're thinking about using her, DON'T.
