Be prepared to wait for your appointment and then feel rushed when you do see the doctor. Orders labs and tests but doesn't follow up with results. When asked about this he just said he didn't have time to look at them which then begs the question, why order them if you're not going to look at the results so the patient knows what maybe wrong with their health. I would not recomment this doctor.

I love this doctor! He genuinely cares. He is extremely skilled and smart. I appreciate his directness, his honesty, and that he has always taken care of anything that was a serious issue in a timely manner. I have at times, been told that things were nothing to worry about - and he has always been right. I have never had a bad experience with him like some others have, but have also never tried to tell him how to do his job.

I have never felt this level of trust and mutual respect with a GP in my life and I hope I never have to find another doctor.

He was one of the rudest doctors ive been to. He was late by 40mins. Came into the room annoyed by the last patient and very rude towards me. He made me cry and said i cant go and in requesting blood work to be done without him knowing what's wrong and i said that is what im here for to run more tests to see whats wrong. He said he didnt know whats going on with my hormones nor had time for this or me today. He was very degrading and made me cry in his office. He seemed to know it all. He asked why im one of the few special ones that need natural thyroid medication when 98% are taking synthroid. I said its because i wanted something more natural. Dr bierman said he didnt go to school for 8 years and was a dr for 27 years to prescribe natural medication nor take suggestions from natural paths or from the internet. He wouldn't take any time to help me and walked away. He was very arrogant.

The most insensitive and rude doctor I've seen in my life. I do not understand why they accepted him again in the clinic where he is working. Not only the knowledge of the doctor count, but also what you say and how you say it. Very bad way to treat a human being in pain.

I have had Dr. Bierman as my GP for the last 4 years. He is by far the best doctor I've had in my 70 years of life. Yes, he is sometimes a little impatient when things go wrong, but he is so knowledgeable and caring and he is great at explaining what the problems are. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.

USED TO BE a wonderful caring doctor. Now, he is late ALL THE TIME, blames it on his staff, and complains about other patients. Is very degrading toward women - has sexist nicknames for his staff too (doesn't use their names - uses descriptors like hair colour or body type). Complains that he doesn't make enough money and blames it on "stupid patients". I'm not sure what happened to him, but his caring manner has been replaced with cynicism and anger. Sad really.

Dr B has been our Dr and friend for 12 years. He ALWAYS takes the time to listen to what is going on and to understand how you feel. I recently had gout something I never had before. I thought I had a sprained foot, he sat down asked me where the pain was and other symptoms sent me for blood work saying he thought it might be gout. He was right!! Gave me meds to take for it and within 4 days I am back to walking ( I was in a scooter because it was too painful to walk!) The only time we will see anyone else is when he is on holidays. Otherwise he IS our ONLY Dr! He has a wonderful sense of humor bar none and treats us with the utmost respect. I consider him to be not only a dr but a good friend who genuinely cares. Thanks Dr B for all you do!!! There will never be another you.

I have never been happier with a family doctor. He handles my concerns appropriately, takes time to discuss things and answer questions, and I feel we have mutual respect for each other. I feel I could ask him or talk to him about absolutely anything. To me that is worth the wait when I go to a clinic. Sometimes there's barely any wait but sometimes I wait over an hour. I frequently get same or next day appointments so I don't mind.

I can't believe all these positive comments. I have seen him 3 times, once for myself for a physical. He was fine - but he blamed my 2 hour wait on his completely incompetent staff. Of course none of it was his fault.
I saw him 2 other times (over the last 4 years - we rarely need a Dr.) for my young daughters. Both times it was for my little one - the first time she saw him he diagnosed her with strep throat. He said he could tell just by looking at her for a second that she was positive for strep. He didn't even swab her. He berated and criticized me as a mother and made me feel absolutely horrible for not bringing her in earlier.
The second time i brought her in, I suspected she had strep and again, without even barely looking at her - he said she didn't have strep, was absolutely fine and once again, berated me this time for completely wasting his time.
He has never been helpful, kind, showed compassion or patience or anything else you would look for in a Dr. All 3 times i have left his office, I've left seething with rage. I never want to see this guy again.
