I met Dr. Sinofsky the day I delivered and was pleased with all aspects of the experience. She is knowledgeable, thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. She has been my OB/GYN since she began with this group and I continue to trust her. That being said, the office staff could use some better management. Not very friendly or efficient; expect to wait for your appointment time.

She is a wonderful Doctor. Always answers all questions and takes her time. She is very knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a long wait in the waiting room, but you always get the time you need when you're in the exam room. I've never had a problem with the office staff. They have always been helpful.

Worst GYN experience ever! I went in for Cryo-surgery (that's when they freeze abnormal cells on the cervix with nitrogen), and they didn't even tell me to take a pain-killer before hand. I was in so much pain, but the nurses and the doctor were just clueless. Saying that I'm just very sensitive, and that they've never seen a reaction like that before. They didn't even administer any kind of pain medication in the office while I was crying and screaming, and telling her to stop. The nurses were trying to destract me from the pain by asking me stuff. I demanded that they stop the procedure and that she give me vicodin. Don't they have pain-killers in the office? She would only call-in the medication to my pharmacy. I was so shaken up and in so much pain, I had to call my dad to come and pick me up. I do not recommend anyone go to the Surgi-center in East Brunswick.

As a practice, it is a very disappointing place. none of the docs r warm/helpful. seems like they work almost mechanically. dont really seem to understand that pregnancy is a delicate/sensitive time(how ironical).

Office staff exremely rude. I was not informed of sample needed prior to seeing doctor. Dr. was cold and chily and hurt me upon gynecological exam. Office very overscheduled. Pressure to have radiological exams in-office. Never told of Pap results-called a month later and finally got them, with an "apology".

I had gone to this group for my annual check-ups. I found the office staff to be rude and unprofessional and I was bothered that regardless what time your appointment is, they would see you an hour later! I dealt with it because I only needed to be there once a year. When I had become pregnant, I unfortunately miscarried. I had never gone through the physical or emotional pain before and I had many questions and concerns. The Dr.'s made me feel as if I was bothering them with my phone calls. They did NOT see me to confirm my miscarriage instead they sent me to get blood work every few days. I had to call their office to get my blood test results and eventually a nurse called to tell me okay "you're done miscarrying."

Horrible. I had the unfortunate experience of her delivering the news that I was losing my baby. Her words exactly were 'Your baby is just not growing' with a horrible tone. She then walked out of her office while my husband and I sat in shock and offered no advice on what to expect next or sympathy for losing our first child.

I was appalled by the level of unprofessionalism at this office - from the receptionist to the doctor.

The practice as a whole leaves a lot to be desired. Rude staff members and doctors who rush you out the door are the norm here. It was one of the most unfriendly practices that I have ever had the misfortune of going to. If you want a friendly staff along with caring doctors, go to Colts Neck Obgyn.

Found her to be a wonderful, gentle doctor who explained everything. Answered all questions asked- no question was a stupid question. The front desk is rude- but what do you expect for a 7 doctor practice? Waited an hour to see doctor- but it was worth the wait to see her...
