Dr. Peterson over prescribed me Prednisone, a steroid, sending me into a manic episode. Then he fired me as a patience because of how I was acting. I have read this can trigger life long bi-polar, which is exactly what happened to me. I have suffered, struggled, and been in and out of mental hospitals since.

This man made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like a number, not a person. If you want to wait for hours to be seen only to see the doctor for just a few minutes, this man is for you. I've had better service at an urgent care facility.

he has helped me lose 100 plus pounds of weight in less than 9 months without pills or surgery.a lot of support from him and his staff has helped in more ways than you think.my wife didnot have insurance but the doctor seen her anyway. the staff said to pay what we can afford.this also proves that he is not in this business just for the money . these people thats writing these things about him and staff shouldnot go to him anymore need to go to a physiology doctor. he also does take time for his patients when they see him. i would highly recommend him to anyone.i really think who ever wrote these slurs about him and his staff should retract what they wrote...

This man is a joke. His office staff is a joke. This "doctor" and his staff are downright rude and don't care about anyone. Peterson's office schedules far too many patients and you often have to wait HOURS, only for him to come in to your room, spend thirty seconds of his time with you, and send you on your way. His office lacks humanity and is only interested in your co-pay. When a family member found out she may have a terminal illness, he called them on the phone to let them know and then scheduled an appoitment a few WEEKS later. This isn't how you treat a human being. Seriously, he needs to stop taking new patients and spend QUALITY time with the ones he has. If you are considering a doctor in the area, please don't consider him unless you want a doctor who really doesn't care about your well-being... well, unless you can't pay your bill. Then he won't leave you alone!

I have PEIA insurance which wasn't listed. I have to say the staff really makes going to the doctor a "good thing". They are always nice and accomidating, they always play with my little girl, even when she had the chicken pox. The doctor does run behind but he always spends a good amount of time with each patient and he really listens to me when I'm trying to explain what signs & symptoms I or my daughter have. He always tried to make me feel important plus he has an evening that he keeps late hours which is convenient. I don't think I could ever change doctors. His nurse is very nice & helpful as well. If she doesn't know the answer she will find one for you. GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT!!

He's friendly on a personal level but as soon as the conversation turns to medicine, he flips a switch. He makes you feel like you're stupid for asking questions. Kinda like an "I'm the doctor, you're the patient, shut your mouth" attitude. Not very helpful. His answer for everything seems to be, "Well, it must run in the family." What's that supposed to mean?
