I have only been to Dr. Masterson once before, so I can't say I have too much experience, but she was extremely helpful and really took her time to talk to me, something I really admire in doctors. I never felt like I was being rushed, or like she was being condescending. I would recommend her.

I have a history of recurrent miscarriages when I got pregnant again I was scared to death. On the first day the staff and nurses were beyond caring, compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable. After talking about my history with Dr Masterson she gave me the right medicine I needed to carry to term. I'm now 14 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby, out of the waters and Im totally in love with the excellent care Dr Masterson and her wonderful staff has given me. I recommend her 100%. Yes you have to wait some 15-30 minutes sometimes more but believe me I couldn't be in better hands!

Dr. Masterson delivered my now 5 year old son. Until the day I delivered I was very pleased with the care that I received and felt totally comfortable with the practice. I saw Dr. masterson about three days before my water broke and she said my son would be approximatley 7 lbs. Not only was she way off with this- he was 9lbs 7oz. she also had no idea that he was face up. At one point the during the delivery the nurses were pushing on by belly to get my son out- his head was disturbing and face full of fluid when he came out and being face up caused me a third degree tear (after an epesiaotomy) which i am still feeling the effects of!! It was a horrible experience and I feel that if she had a handle on things this would not have happened!!

I went to her with a serious problem. A cronic athrophic vulvo-vaginits. She did not know what to do with me, like if she had never even heard of the condition before. She was friendly but totally useless. I do not recommend her.

Dr. Masterson is wonderful. I've been a patient of hers for approx 8 years now. She listens to you and answers all your questions. She's performed emergency surgery on me and I was totally comfortable being in her care and never had a doubt about anything, post care went just as well and last year Dr. M performed a minor out patient procedure. Even though where she practices now is a little further, it is still worth the travel.

Dr. Masterson is an excellent physician and surgeon. I started seeing her for general ob-gyn checkups, and she's performed minor surgery for me as well. She's very proactive about treatment, in addition to being personable and serene. A class act. Smart, calm and nice. I highly recommend her to my friends who are looking for an excellent ob-gyn in the Summit area.

Dr. Masterson delivered my first baby girl 4 1/2 years ago, and will deliver my second in three months. She is compassionate, takes her time with you, and very knowledgable. She has a calming presence that is great during delivery. She is absolutely the BEST OB I've had. I've been seeing her for about 6 years.

I recently moved to NJ and made an appointment with Dr. Masterson for my yearly exam. My appointment was set for 2:30. I arrived early and completed my paperwork. The receptionist was very friendly and the office appeared clean and orderly. I was quickly called back into a room. The nurse asked what medicines I was on, took my weight and blood pressure, and asked for my height. She then had me put on a gown to wait for the doctor. Forty minutes later, Dr. Masterson arrived (3:10). I was in my car at 3:20. No joke! Dr. Masterson came in - keep in mind this is the first time I've been in to see her - and took a pap smear, pressed my breasts and ovaries, and sent me on my way. She did NOT get a complete medical history. She did NOT ask for a history of family members with cancer. She did NOT spend any time on my exam. When I asked her about the HPV vaccine, she gave me false information (as verified by the FDA website.) I've been getting exams for about 12 years, and I ha
