I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Crapazano!!! However, his staff.... not so much. I had been a patient of his for many years, but I could no longer deal with his staff. I switched doctors, BECAUSE of the staff. I recommend him as a doctor, but just know that his staff needs major improvements. Dr. Crapazano is willing to work with patients in helping them understand what exactly is going on. He takes his time with each of his patients (that is why you can sit in the back for quite a while waiting for him). He ACTUALLY cares about his patients.
