I really, really like Dr. Messina, but it is impossible to get an appointment. I was scheduled for the first week of May; they called and had to reschedule for late May. Then they called again to reschedule that appt. to late August. Today they called and wanted to reschedule to October! I won't be back; I will be looking for another doctor. She has clearly taken on too many patients and has no time for me.

I was referred to Dr. Messina many years ago and she has basically change my life.Two other Dr.s in the Port Huron are missdiagnosed me and when I showed up to see her (referred from my good friend) she took one look at me and then my journey and best relationship with any Dr. had begun. I have suggested her to many of women who now go to her and think the world of her. She gives a hug when a hug is needed and even if one isn't, I love the bed side manner she has. Go to Dr Messina she is the best OB in the state.

Dr Messina is seriously the BEST doctor I have ever been to..I had a high risk pregnancy and I was SO incredibly amazed at the treatment and care that I received from her and her staff..there is always a wait to see her, but thats because SHE'S WORTH IT!!!!! BEST Dr around, hands down..I will never see anyone else.

Dr. Messina is very caring and knowledgeable and yes theres usually a wait but its well worth it.. Sadly a few times at the Clinton twp office the ladys at the front desk were very rude!! Yes there is a note to "sign in and sit down" but they pretend to be too busy to see you standing right in front of them.. its annoying... I will def have to deal with it until she realizes whats going on and hopefully replaces them, because shes an excellent doctor!

Dr. Messina is a wonderful, caring doctor. I initially went to her for my yearly check ups. I have been her patient for ten years. If it weren't for this doctor identifying my disease, I'm not sure what my quality of life would be like today. She continually ran tests, discussed them with me, and made her diagnosis. I am thankful for her perserverance. She has taken a great deal of time with me, and always makes me feel important. I also have been personally contacted by her by phone, checking up to make sure I was okay and expressing her concern. I would definetly recommend this wonderful doctor. You will be thankful. She is my angel! Thanks Dr. Messina.

I like Dr Messina very much. I have a rare condition and she was the only Dr. who know what it was. She referred me to a specialist and told me he was very in demand and that it would be difficault to get an appt. but she would take care of it. I waited about 2 weeks and didn't hear anything so I called the office. They told me I was supposed to call!!! I didn't even know his name. They gave me his ph # and I have an appt July 6th. Mind you this was in JANUARY. I agree the office staff is rude and also feel they were incompetent in not scheduling the appt that Dr Messina told me they would.

YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE THE WHOLE DAY OFF OF WORK This office is the worst (chesterfield) You will wait up to 2 hours before you are moved to another waiting room outside her office and you will sit for 1 hour then you can go into the exam room and sit (freezing cold) for 30-45 mins she makes you feel rushed and that you don't matter. SHE HAS WAY TO MANY PATIENTS it feels like she only wants your money. If you are a young girl with no problems these are the only patients she should see. You get no answers to questions because she has no time and tells you to look things up on the internet and then call if you have questions?

Each time I've visited comprehensive women's care under Dr. Messina, I've waited for hours to be seen and always feel rushed when she comes in the room, even when I have questions or concerns. It is difficult to make an appointment, as she's not available on most days and there are too many other patients she has to see. The staff is unfriendly and not knowledable. I called once because my pharmacy gave me a different birth control pill and they were unable to tell me if the medication was ok to take.

Dr. Messina is a wonderful and compassionate Dr. After months of seeing another OBGYN I went to her one time and she discovered that I had very debilitating endometriosis, she has done numerous surgeries on me including a complete hysterectomy. I can't imagine having had anyone else through those difficult times. Yes, sometimes there is a little wait, that's because she's worth it !!!

I went in for my yearly pap, I waited 40 minutes in the room with just the cloth sheet on, before I was told my insurance that I had at the time was coming up as canceled so they couldn't test me unless I had cash on me?! Than they came back after I got redressed and told me it was a mistake. so finally I get to see Dr Messina and after like 5 minutes of poking around she takes off her gloves says "you have a cyst, get dressed and come to my office" and walks out the door without another word. In her office she gives a slip to go to a hospital for a ultrasound and Im shoved out because there are 4 other girls waiting on the couch outside her office. Shes very uncaring, its all about the money I feel. She never explained anything about the cyst. Her staff is very short and its very hard to make a appointment.
