Careful if you make a cavity filling appointment with her. She cut my tongue really bad and I was on liquid diet for 3 days. Couldn't talk properly or even swallow. Even though it was accidental, it was not expected from an experienced doctor. After the incident, she showed no remorse or apology and extracted every penny from me and my insurance company. Seems like money is more important than patient. To top it all, if you write a bad review about her, she will dismiss you as a patient. Anyway I am not going back to her again.

I had a very minor cavity on the edge of one tooth, but the filling she created was HUGE and uneccesarily close to the root, causing discomfort. The filling did not bond properly and was CRACKED in several places. I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. I also had an issue with the surface of a tooth. She applied a wierd paste that dried and then fell off the next day. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Huge waste of time and money.

Get quotes in writing. Dr.'s poor command of English results in billing issues that will not play out in your favor.

On my first visit to her office the receptionist asked what insurance I had. I told her United healthcare.She said "oh we take that". Never asking me for my card to copy to keep on file. 3 visits later after getting alot of work done they call me saying they do not take that insurance and I owe all the money that the insurance did not pay towards it.Her receptionist are lazy and have no idea what they're doing. Even when she was operating on me she had to leave me for a personal phone call.

I can't attest to the previous post, but during my visits Dr. McMennamin has always been punctual and friendly. I've had to address any medical issues with her just routine cleanings and x-rays, with no problems. The only inconvenience is that they don't develop the x-rays in house so I had to schedule a follow-up appointment to come in to discuss the x-rays with her. As I mentioned earlier, she is very friendly and always seems to remember who I am.

Not very punctual. Had to wait half hour every time. Not very knowledgeable and consulting did not help my problem. Expensive as well.
