he had a temporary crown that would not fit after many tries by hyginist (not the Dr.). I was on the dental chair for over 4 or 5 hours for this procedure. I did nothave the $1500 at that time for the crown. The office manager said she can give me credit without interest. After being so worn worn out ( I am a seniopr and have cancer treatment that left me with a bad back) I said OK to the credit without interest. When I got my bill it was NOT interest free. I spoke to the office manager to dispute this. She said "oh I'm sorry but you signed the contract"

I started with Dr. Thompson around 2003 when he took over my retiring Dr's practice. He was just learning. He had a good attitude and is very friendly; but, it seemed like he had problems getting it right. Most of the fillings and all crowns he put in have had to be replaced since 2007 due to failure (cracking or complete breakage). His office staff was short, his hygienest rough and too gabby. I put off going to his office for a year for cleaning for that reason. I had billing issues with a billing contractor he had, He apologized, but nothing got better for 6 months. I left in 2007 and really enjoy my new DDS. I hope that things have changed in his office to the better, and he has gained enough experience to satisfy his clients.

An all-around awful experience. As a dentist, he is competent, but he has a snotty, uneducated, and rude office manager (who happened to be his boyfriend) who could not do his job. When I explained to him the problems with his office manager and office procedures, he was unresponsive and unhelpful. And since when is a non-seeing dog allowed in a medical facility? His office attendants were what kept me coming for the way-too-long year, but they were also wanting to get out of there...or so one or more said. Doctor should be avoided.

Unethical business. He had falling-out with finance company, both then claimed to be owed. I sent letters stating I would pay whomever provided paperwork proving they were owed the money. Dentist's snotty office manager hired collection agency! Spoke with dentist, he said this happened to other patients and that the manager shouldn't have triggered collections - but didn't rectify the situation. I was then being pulled in three different directions, all entities claiming they were owed. I finally paid the collection agency -- then the dentist refused to have the negative mark lifted from my credit history. So for trying to pay the correct party, this is the thanks I got. Very discouraging.

WONDERFUL!!! I would recommend Doctor Thompson and his staff to anyone. They are caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Also provide free teeth whitening, if you like that sort of thing.
