Dr McKenna has been my family doctor my whole life, she was my moms doctor when she gave birth to me. I love her so so much.

I have been a patient since 2002. She has misdiagnosed me on several occasions. Even when doctors in emergency have seen me and have been correct she just sluffs it off. Will not do referrals when requested. Always says there is a long waiting list. I ask to put me on the list anyway but to no avail. When she is late or behind with patients all is good BUT when you are behind....... Very difficult to get refills on prescriptions as well. It's like going thru the 3rd degree test.

I have had office visits..telephone calls.. and with covid 19 on the decline other doctors are seeing patients but not her.

I AM DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH THE LACK OF INTEREST FROM HER.
MY TIME AND CONCERNS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS HERS.
WE KNOW OURSELVES AND WHEN SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT IT SHOULD BE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH. NOT BE TOLD WE ARE NOT DOCTORS.

Not very helpful for a long-time patient, doesn't appear to have the interest to help with conditions she doesn't know about or tries to find out, seems easier to just ignore.

Wonderful doctor ! Dr McKenna has been our doctor for 43 years . She takes the time to listen to you and is always ready to refer you there’s a need!

She was probably great in her time. She literally doesn't know anything about certain conditions, and is without question judgmental about certain lifestyles... she's nice though. Her receptionist is awful... she is rude and oversteps her role. Yeah she had a good career so she needs to stop before it gets real bad.

Dr McKenna has been treating me, as well as my family for decades. She is kind and respectful. She is efficient but will also take the time to listen and does not hesitate to advocate for her patients.
I expect to have some wait time at a doctor’s office and therefore I plan accordingly. I have never waited an unreasonable amount of time in the over 25 yrs I have been her patient. It will be a very real loss when she retires

Love my Dr. Patsy!! She is very personable, quick with routine stuff , but if its serious, she's you're best advocate!! I have friends, I want a doctor and that's exactly what I got with her. I will be sad when she retires.

Invest in your child's education and encourage them into fields that are needed. There is a Dr shortage @negativepeople!

I think Dr McKenna needs to retire. She was a great doctor but has too many patients and sweeps many symptoms under the rug.
She seems to have tunnel vision when it comes to illness! If a patient needs a referral they should get one. You can also wait for hours if she happens to be in surgery.

Dr. McKenna has been my doctor for several years and she is the most caring, compassionate and helpful doctor I have ever had. She has no hesitation in referring patients and takes the time to listen. I love Dr. McKenna!

I wish her receptionist would put the phone back on the hook!!!! I never hear that phone ring when I'm calling!!!!!
