Since my procedures, I have had many compliments about my appearance. Only my husband and sister were aware of my surgery. Several friends have asked what make up I use, another friend thought I was 14 years younger than I am. I have felt so much better aout myself. Thank you.

Dr. Colon did a terrific job. I look rested and healthy. I have no taut look. My friends keep complimenting me on my hair, jewelry, etc. Even close friends have no idea I had a quick lift.

So far I'm pleased with my look. I wasn't pleased with parts of his staff, and other than once I haven't been asked back to get checked even though I was told during my initial signing that I would be seen more than once by the Doctor.

Six months ago Dr. Colon performed a breast lift and liposuction for me. I am thrilled with the my results! When I had my consultation all of my questions were answered and the procedures were explained in detail. I was very happy with the care and detail that was put into my pre-surgery instructions as well as the post care instructions. Dr. Colon took his time and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Colon and the Skin Center to anyone!

Dr. Colon is truly amazing. After having 2 surgeries from him, I have more compliments, and feel so fantastic! He truly CARES about his patients, and the staff was extremely attentive.

I had a quicklift about 3 yrs ago and I am still loving the results. I look about 10 years younger. I still go to the skin center every month for a facial. I will be having a browlift and my lower lids done as soon as I can get the time off work. I would not trust my face to anyone but Dr. Colon and his staff! I cann't praise them enough!

I am Dr. Fernando Colon, board certified Plastic Surgeon. I would like the opportunity to respond to the concerns expressed in this forum. In order to meet the rating requirements, and to be fair to this forum, I have given myself a neutral rating. It is our goal at the Skin Center to build long-term relationships with our patients before, during, and after any procedure. While reaching 100% satisfaction for all of our patients is our ultimate goal, it is not always a reality. We are concerned, however, when any patient expresses dissatisfaction with any aspect of his or her care. OMG, I wish I had found this site prior to my surgery almost 2 years ago. I did insufficient research and paid the price for it, in terms of the extra cost of an ER visit when Dr. Colon was unavailable to me the evening of the procedure, the final result about which I have questions (e.g., what is that lump under my skin?), and especially in the high degree of stress related to post-op care. He did not provide me with anything close to enough information about what to expect and how to care for myself adequately so that I eventually went online and read the information on other plastic surgeon's websites to understand what was going on and what I needed to do. (As a side note, he is not always easy to understand from a language standpoint but he could have compensated for that by providing better written guidance.) After care and follow-up was limited. I would not have Dr. Colon treat me every again and would advise against anyone else seeing him.

I consulted with Dr. (?)Colon regarding a facelift and he indicated that he had done hundreds and not to worry. I wish I had done more investigating him before I entrusted my face to him because I now look asian and my face looks like a mask. When I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction to his assistant (who I later found out is his wife), she said "please give him another chance". I later ran into another woman that had a disasterous bottom lift/liposuction done by him and she said that she had gotten the exact same response from his wife when it happened to her! He also told me that my result was the best that could be done because I didn't have enough skin--WTH? ALSO, I found out later that he got his training in the Domincan Republic!! I'm beginning to wonder if his "board certification" is real or if it's a shady as he is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS QUACK!!
